Team Assistant / Researcher
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*General office administration related tasks (receiving/forwarding incoming calls, in charge with mailings, office supplies, organize/prepare travel documents, invoicing, etc., copy/ scanning of documents )
*Provide assistance to Consultants (preparing/ sending documents, creating/posting job adds etc.)
*Management of Outlook Inboxes and Agendas
*Organizing Interviews (welcoming protocol)
*Maintenance and management of the company database
*Participation in other on-going projects (i.e. marketing campaigns, website software update, other ad-hoc tasks)
Our ideal candidate must have the following background and abilities:
*Experience working in an international environment
*Accurate working style with high attention to detail, able to multitask and proficient in using MS tools
*Good understanding of IT environment
*Fluent in German and English, French would be an advantage
*Very good communication skills
*Ability to work independently and self-reliable.
