We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is highly focused on developing his career while being responsible for placing high caliber professionals.
• You should possess a strong commercial acumen, be passionate about people, curious and result driven.
• You have a first experience gained in a position related to Finance within an Investment Bank, an Audit firm or a consultancy company.
• You have a good knowledge of the Swiss market and an existing network of contacts.
• You are fluent in German and English. A third European language would be a plus.
• We are looking for bright individuals with a high level of integrity to represent our professional standards and values.
• Arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationship.
• Identify client’s needs and define with them the appropriate research strategy.
• Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates.
• Advise clients and candidates in their search, think out of the box to provide them with the best solutions.
• Liaise with consultants worldwide to optimize candidates’ searches and build an international network.
