Location: Geneva
Job Description:
Manage a team of local Finance professianals
Accurately prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
Play an integral role in the oversight of monthly financial close as needed.
Provide support to the Local CEO in the Development of the Business
Lead the compilation of the annual plan, forecast, and projections.
Oversee all functions related to Finance
o Treasury
o Controlling
o FP&A
o Accountings and reports
o Tax
o Relationship with Auditors
Report to European CFO
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 10 years of experience, gained ideally in a local unit / country.
Good knowledge of Swiss GAAP and Internal control topics.
Knowledge of Swiss Taxation issues
Fluent in English, and in at least one other European language.
Project Leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; proven ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix environment.
