Location: Zurich
• All-round support and first point of contact for client queries and issues.
• Support and manage complaints and problems from clients.
• Functional support of In-house work stations.
• Opportunity for certification with US and European Exchanges.
• Higer Education in a Banking related field.
• Experience in Brokerage fields.
• Fluent in English and French, German would be a strong advantage.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
