Team Leader Wealth Management Operations
Location: Geneva
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team for the on-boarding of clients being served by the Swiss platform. Additionally you will manage and develop people in order to achieve an all round customer focused service.
The successful candidate should be a powerful and convincing advocate of the brands values and principles by ensuring the team takes the forefront in the delivery of service whilst maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring high standards of data entry and control within the team.
Timely and accurate maintenance of all other client related information.
Report control issues and risk events.
Set targets for team members and follow up on performance figures.
Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure delivery of key service metrics.
Requirements:
Bsc/Ma in Business Management or similarly related field.
At least 3 years experience in a managerial position within a banking operations environment is essential.
Positive and out going attitude.
Strong team leadership skills.
Ability to work accurately to deadlines while under pressure.
Customer focused and results orientated.
Fluency in English AND French, other languages would be an advantage.
