Our client is an international manufacturing company. They produce and distribute products for the service industry. On behalf of this client, for the offices near Zurich we are currently recruiting a:
Internal Control Manager
Your responsibilities will therefore include, but are not limited to:
*Ensure that processes are in line with corporate governance and local regulations
*Identify and monitor risks
*Ensuring an effective delegation of authority is in place
*Reporting on KPI for the regional business units
*Preparation of the annual risk mapping for your business
*Managing internal controls tools and guidelines
*Ensuring that process and control matters are in place to resolve identified issues
*Report and settle weaknesses that have been identified
*Promoting examples of good practices
*Delivering training and awareness programmes
Our ideal candidate must have the following background and abilities:
*University level and 3 - 5 years experience in audit or similar functions
*Experience working in manufacturing environment
*Financial management and accounting application
*Global Fiscal awareness
*Fluency in English, spoken and written
*French and German languages would be a plus
*Strong communication skills
*Analytical mindset
*Team player
