Procurement Specialist
Your responsibilities will therefore include, but are not limited to:
*Check purchase requisitions to ensure appropriate purchasing method and proper approvals are obtained.
*Create and confirms SAP Purchase Orders with supplier.
*Create economically optimal procurement processes and procedure
*Negotiate agreements with vendors that achieve the optimal combination of service, cost, quality and risk mitigation.
*Initiate and lead efforts to source products and services, develop supply options and cultivate expertise in a range of product groups.
*Ability to work with multiple departments such as Sales, Client Management, Accounting, etc.
Our ideal candidate must have the following background and abilities:
*Fluent English, German is a plus
*Three to Five years experience working as a Buyer in Procurement or other related functions within a medium-large organization in FMCG industry.
*Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, database tools and SAP.
*Enthusiastic, decisive and independent individual with excellent organizational skills
*Understand and apply procurement and contracts policies and procedures.
