Procurement Manager
Your responsibilities will therefore include, but are not limited to:
*Maintain a current spend database for category
*Monitor, analyze and report actual spend, trends, forecasts and supplier base data
*Identify and qualify improvement opportunities
*Create a prioritized category sourcing program with stakeholders
*Identify and define specific stakeholder requirements
*Evaluate and negotiate proposals, ensure and validate selection of the best supplier(s) with stakeholders
*Negotiate service level agreements that specify performance dimensions, targets, monitoring and consequences of non-compliance
*Complete and implement the contract in accordance with legal standards and procurement policies and guidelines
*Support / leads development of optimized procurement processes and systems for category
Our ideal candidate must have the following background and abilities:
*Purchasing knowledge: sourcing process, commodity management and analysis, supplier management and development, pricing theory and policy, negotiation, supply chain, make or buy.
*University degree (technical/economic/administrative) or equivalent
*Purchasing related training (Nevi, Isfah, CIPS, MBA)
*3-5 years Purchasing experience in a profit driven and international environment
*FMCG experience
*(Project) Management experience (team or direct)
*Fluency in English and either German or French (written and spoken)
