Accountant
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in managing daily accounting operations.
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including bank and cash postings as well as AP and AR
- Oversee fixed assets accounting (capital expenditures, disposals, depreciation)
- Prepare and record accruals and deferrals in accordance with accounting standards
- Liaise with the external payroll provider, review payroll data and post monthly salary entries
- Execute payment runs (vendors, payroll, treasury-related transactions)
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in general accounting
- High level of integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Strong command of accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent French & English
- Willingness to work on-site
