Industrial financial controller (M/F)

I am representing a manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Financial Controller to join its team in Geneva. In this role, you will be part of a close-knit and collaborative team, where your voice will be heard and your expertise truly valued.

As an Industrial Financial Controller, you will play a key role in monitoring the company’s financial and qualitative performance. Your ability to analyse product or service costs will enable you to measure and track variances between actual results and forecasted objectives.

• Monitor and interpret results in line with strategic and operational objectives

• Analyse product or service costs and expenses

• Perform regular budgetary control

• Develop short- and medium-term budget plans

• Participate in accounting closings

• Ensure periodic communication and presentation of financial and management information

• Propose improvements or strategic adjustments

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in industrial financial control

• 10 years working experience

• Strong cost analysis skills

• Ability to perform effective budget control

• Proficiency in short- and medium-term budget planning

• Experience in participating in accounting closings

• Ability to communicate financial and management information effectively
