Our client is a large asset manager looking to hire someone in their Private Equity Team. This team has several functions: * Portfolio cash flows and NAV bookkeeping * Fund cash flows and NAV reconciliation * Extensive tracking of Portfolio cash flows for some Mandates, at Portfolio Companies level * AUM Report production * Documentation completion check when relative to Portfolio activity (use for the Audit, Swiss Stamp Tax etc).
The ideal candidate will:
- Portfolio level: accounting split of cash flows, bookkeeping of NAVs and ensure the proper information is inserted in the system. On a monthly basis, perform a reconciliation, mainly on cash flows, with the administrator reports. On a quarterly basis, insure the proper information is received from the underlying portfolio investments.
- Fund level: cash flows recommendations quarterly reconciliation on NAV.
- Support reporting for targeted clients or general requests, such as extensive tracking of Portfolio cash flows for some specific mandates.
