Audit Manager – Financial Services

We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a leading Swiss advisory and audit firm based in Zurich. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality client portfolio within the financial and fiduciary sector, while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a varied client portfolio, ensuring top-quality service and compliance with Swiss and international standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of your business unit through active involvement in internal projects and client acquisition.

  • Maintain and expand client relationships through excellent service delivery and proactive communication.

Your profile

  • Certified Public Accountant (Swiss dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer) or licensed audit expert.

  • Several years of proven experience auditing or advising pension funds / employee benefit institutions in Switzerland.

  • Native or fluent German (required, as you will cover the Swiss German region).

  • Strong technical knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).

  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a high level of professionalism.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

  • Available to start in January 2026.
