Finance Manager

A publicly listed global organisation is looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact position within a complex international finance environment well suited to a finance professional with strong IFRS knowledge and proven experience in group consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting processes, group consolidation activities, and the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements

• Manage the full reporting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and critical review of submissions from local entities

• Prepare financial disclosures, press releases, and materials for investor relations

• Maintain and develop accounting policies while coordinating with external auditors

• Contribute to cross-functional financial initiatives and drive system and process enhancements

What You Bring

• Chartered accountant with approximately 10 years’ experience, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm or international corporate setting

• Deep expertise in IFRS, group reporting, and consolidation

• Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English; proficiency in Excel and SAP is an advantage

• A hands-on, detail-focused and pragmatic working style, combined with a collaborative mindset

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, international environments
