Location: Baar Salary: Competitive, based on experience Industry: Food FMCG Work model: 100% / on-site A super dynamic, fast-growing company in the food FMCG space is looking for an Office Manager & Management Assistant to be the heartbeat of its headquarters in Baar. This role combines hands-on office management with management and HR support and is ideal for someone who enjoys being present in the office, working closely with people, and keeping operations running smoothly in a lively, collaborative environment.

Your Role

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the central point of contact for all office, facility, and organisational matters
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, well-organised office environment for employees, visitors, and external partners
  • Support management during visits by coordinating travel, meetings, schedules, and on-site logistics with discretion
  • Partner closely with HR across onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle, including internal communications and office culture initiatives
  • Organise business travel, meetings, office-wide events, and team activities that bring people together
  • Coordinate suppliers, contracts, office assets (hardware, vehicles), and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

  • Experience in office management, administration, or a similar coordination/support role
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, friendly, and service-oriented communication style
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and coordinating logistics
  • Hands-on, reliable, and flexible approach with a proactive mindset
  • Fluent German & English are a must (Swiss German strongly preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Baar
