As a Consolidation Specialist 100% (m/f) in the company you will be responsible for the quarterly group consolidation and financial statements as well as annual reports within the group. You will also manage and prepare sub-consolidations including review of local reporting for six legal entities.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare the quarterly and annual group financial statements, Notes, quarterly reviews and analysis, consolidation journals, intercompany, other tasks as necessary to complete the group consolidation and annual report (including notes, accounting policies, taxes etc.)
• Conduct allocated sub-consolidations and corporate accounting and review local reportings
• Issue group instructions, coordinate with local accounting teams
• Dealing with transactions as well as complex accounting topics and establishing accounting assessment as required advising on general and overall group accounting as well reports: Accounting policies, new standard development, complex notes (taxes, pensions, loans etc.)
• Active role in the group and subsidiary audits

Profile:

As a key link across the part of finance team within the company, a strong and results-oriented and problem-solving outlook towards your work is essential. Coupled with a positive and hard-working ethic to ensure high standards are met.

• Solid consolidation and reporting experience with know-how of preparing statutory company accounts according to IFRS-guidelines
• Strong Tagetik and MS Excel Skills knowledge mandatory
• English mandatory, any other language is considered as an asset
