Senior Associate

Our client, a Zurich based law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in international arbitration, commercial law, litigation, or private client matters. The role offers exposure to complex cross border cases, professional development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

Your responsibilities:

• The role involves representing clients in complex litigation and arbitration, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing clear, client-focused advice
• You will support partners through research and case preparation, collaborate on cross-border matters, and contribute to business development by nurturing client relationships
• The position also includes involvement in internal training and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Swiss and international law
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service on multi-faceted cases involving international elements

Your qualifications:

• Must be admitted to the Swiss bar
• Minimum of 8 years of experience either working in a law firm or in house
• Strong understanding in either commercial law, international arbitration, private clients
• Strong team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in German and English, any other language is an asset
• Strong organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple priorities efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
