IT Support Specialist (Executive Services)

An exclusive support opportunity is available with a leading international organization, providing white-glove technical assistance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive support: Provide rapid, personalized, and discreet IT support to C-suite executives and VIPs, resolving hardware and software issues with a service-first mentality.
  • Device management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a mixed environment of devices (Windows/Mac laptops, iOS/Android mobile devices) ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Conferencing & AV: Oversee and execute flawless audio-visual setups for board meetings, global town halls, and video conferences.
  • Mobility & remote access: Secure connectivity for executives on the move, managing VPNs, international roaming, and home office network configurations.
  • Security & privacy: Enforce strict security protocols (MFA, encryption) and data privacy standards on all executive devices without hindering productivity.
  • Onboarding & training: Deliver concise, non-technical coaching to executives on new tools, collaboration platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.

Profile:

  • Experience: Proven track record in a dedicated Executive Support, Concierge IT, or high-touch Desktop Support role within a corporate environment.
  • Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), alongside expert proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Communication & poise: Exceptional verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Problem solving: Advanced diagnostic skills for complex network and application issues, with an ability to explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and high-profile interactions with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Fluent English (German is a strong asset).
