Treasury Systems & Back Office Analyst 100%

For our client a global metal designer and manufacturer, we are recruiting for a Treasury Systems & Back Office Analyst 100% (m/w) to join their finance team in Zürich.

The hiring company has a multi-billion annual turnover and more than 10’000 employees spreading across multiple continents.

Responsibilities:

Within Treasury Systems
• Daily administration of the FINDUR treasury management system
• Daily administration of the Finastra TM4C banking relationship and payment
• Performing and documenting a number of periodic SOX controls relating to Treasury Systems
• Handling requests from internal and external auditors
• Supporting treasury systems related projects on an ad hoc basis

Within the Back Office
• Performing daily checks and/or upload of market data
• Performing banking transactions reconciliations
• Performing matching of hedging transactions, investigate and solve discrepancies
• Preparing payment proposals
• Performing and documenting a number of periodic SOX controls
• Assisting with or performing administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT and/or Finance
• Experience within a multinational environment
• Knowledge of Findur and Finastra (TM4C) products preferred
• Proactive, accurate and detail- and feedback-oriented
• Fluency in English required, German and French are a bonus
