Fund Controller Temporary

We are looking for two Fund Controllers on a temporary basis, for one 11 months contract and one 6 months contract, with possibility of extension, start asap.

About the role:

• Full end-to-end operational ownership of Private Equity funds

• Oversight of accounting, investor reporting, financial reporting, audits, cash management, and fee calculations

• Review and challenge of portfolio and fund-level reporting, including valuations

• Monitoring of liquidity, capital calls, distributions, and credit facilities

• Reconciliation and oversight of administrators and auditors

• Ensuring timely, accurate reporting and compliance with deadlines

• Acting as trusted contact for investors and internal stakeholders

• Supporting collaboration across Investment, Product, Client Services, Risk, Legal, and Finance

• Promoting a professional, performance-driven team culture

About the candidate:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in financial services; Private Equity strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, reporting, and PE structures

• Structured, analytical, and comfortable managing tight deadlines

• High digital literacy and interest in automation and AI-driven solutions

• Strong stakeholder and service-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
