Senior Associate, Trustee & Depositary Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Trustee & Depository Analyst for a Bank.

About the job:

• Monitor fund cash flows and oversee asset safekeeping

• Perform NAV checks, investment compliance oversight, and cash reconciliations

• Review and document control processes with strong audit-trail discipline

• Liaise with fund managers and service providers to resolve breaches, errors, or queries

• Support onsite due-diligence visits and relationship management

• Contribute to cross-team workstreams focused on efficiency and process improvement

About the candidate:

• 3–5 years’ experience in depositary, fund operations, compliance, or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise, manage stakeholders, and navigate regulatory requirements

• English fluency a must. German fluency preferred.
