Vice President, Trustee & Depositary Analyst

We are looking for a Vice President, Trustee & Depositary Analyst, for a Bank in Zurich.

About the job:

• Oversee fund cash flows, asset safekeeping, NAV validation, and investment-restriction compliance

• Lead cash reconciliation reviews and evidence asset ownership

• Conduct onsite due-diligence with fund managers, administrators, and other delegates

• Resolve breaches, errors, and operational queries with stakeholders

• Maintain thorough audit-trail documentation

• Build relationships with clients and internal teams

• Drive process improvements across workstreams and governance forums

About the candidate:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in depositary oversight, fund operations, compliance, or a related field

• Strong regulatory, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively

• English fluency a must. German fluency preferred.
