Our client, a reputable digital asset services provider for institutional clients based in Switzerland, seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to take on the role of Senior Institutional Sales Specialist.

Responsible for:

• Prospecting for new customers and accelerating revenue growth
• Working closely with marketing to enhance sales performance
• Developing innovative products and services
• Acting as the company's representative at industry events.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of institutional sales experience and crypto/blockchain experience is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related fields. Masters a plus
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Comprehensive understanding of crypto and blockchain
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
