Trust Officer
The Junior Trust Officer will assist in the administration of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures, ensuring a high standard of client service. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role involves day-to-day administrative tasks, compliance support, and interaction with banks, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administration of trusts and companies, including document preparation and record-keeping.
- Assist with trust distributions, payments and invoices processing
- Prepare draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and responses to KYC requests.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including KYC, FATCA, and CRS documentation.
- Assist in risk management and compliance by identifying and reporting potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the trust industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Englishand French
- Prior experience in compliance is an advantage.
