Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our client in Zurich or Geneva, on an unlimited employment contract basis.

About the role:

• Provide independent Compliance oversight on governance and regulatory matters

• Prepare management information, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and the Board

• Support governance forums and regulatory oversight committees (materials, tracking, follow-ups)

• Monitor regulatory developments and support regulatory change implementation

• Assist with regulatory projects, investigations, and supervisory enquiries

• Maintain and update Compliance policies and procedures

• Act as key contact for audits, surveys, and regulatory submissions

• Support incident management and internal investigations

• Deliver Compliance training to business teams

About the Candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Control Function, or financial authority (Swiss financial industry)

• Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and governance

• Good understanding of financial products and Wealth Management

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well structured

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset

• Strong report writing and presentation skills

• Fluent in English (German or French a plus)
