Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Zug. They are specialized in enterprise blockchain solutions, offering scalable and cost-efficient technology to enhance trust and efficiency for businesses.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and execution of commercial and technology agreements
• Accelerate strategic transactions and business growth
• Support M&A, due diligence, and investment activities
• Advise on corporate structuring, compliance, and risk management
• Deliver comprehensive legal expertise
• Oversee corporate filings, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Manage legal operations, improve processes, and work with external counsel
• Mentor junior legal team members and collaborate with HR on training

Your qualifications:

• A qualified lawyer with over 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years working in-house within the tech industry
• Expertise in technology law, intellectual property licensing, and handling complex commercial agreements
• Proficient in corporate law, governance, and M&A transactions, with a strong grasp of regulatory environments (experience in fintech and blockchain is a plus!)
• A skilled communicator, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
