Senior Corporate Counsel

Our client in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel (Temporary) to join their team. Your Responsibilities: * Advise senior management on corporate governance, board matters, and multi-jurisdictional compliance * Draft, review, and maintain corporate policies, charters, and governance documents aligned with best practices * Manage entity formation, maintenance, and global corporate structure to ensure efficiency and compliance * Negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor, service, and partnership contracts * Support M&A and joint ventures through due diligence and post-closing integration * Partner with business, finance, and operations teams to structure commercially sound, compliant deals * Oversee compliance with corporate, data protection, employment, and competition laws * Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and risk processes to protect organisational interests * Direct pre-litigation strategies, manage external counsel, and mitigate risks proactively. * Mentor junior legal staff and enhance legal operations and processes * Foster strong relationships with business leaders and external advisors to support strategic objectives

Your Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer 7+ years’ post-qualification experience gained in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
• Strong experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and M&A
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial pragmatism
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• High level of integrity, professional judgement, and attention to detail
