Legal Counsel

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts including vendor agreements, supply contracts, and service agreements
• Providing legal counsel to management and key stakeholders on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, business compliance, and regulatory issues
• Advising on corporate transactions such as restructuring, joint ventures, financing, and other commercial matters
• Mitigating risk by identifying potential legal issues and providing timely and accurate legal advice
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate, employment, data protection, and competition laws
• Supporting the legal aspects of business strategy and working with cross-functional teams to facilitate business operations
• Managing relationships with external legal advisors when necessary

Your qualifications:

• Admission to the Swiss bar
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial and corporate law (in-house or law firm experience preferred)
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence senior management.
• Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with M&A transactions and other corporate transactions is a plus
