Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate legal entities, particularly in Europe, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate entity lifecycle processes (formation, maintenance, dissolution) and maintain accurate records and filings.
• Draft, review, and manage corporate documents (resolutions, meeting minutes, regulatory filings) while handling KYC requests across jurisdictions.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, including templates, workflows, electronic signatures, and document archiving.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while supporting the Legal team on administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Profile:

• Completed commercial education with paralegal certification or a law-related degree, combined with 4–6 years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Proficient in drafting corporate resolutions, coordinating annual meetings, and managing high volumes of trust and corporate documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and fluency in German and English for effective communication.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgement ensure accuracy and reliability under pressure.
• Independent, proactive, and professional approach to handling sensitive information while fostering positive relationships across teams.
