We are seeking a highly motivated and recently qualified Swiss lawyer to join our client, a prestigious boutique law firm renowned for its expertise across a broad range of legal areas. Your responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, real estate, employment law, and private client work
• Provide practical and solution-oriented legal advice to both domestic and international clients across diverse industries
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing matters and strategic decision making
• Work closely with senior lawyers on complex and often cross-border mandates
• Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings, as appropriate
• Monitor and stay informed of developments in Swiss legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to the firm’s practice areas

Your qualifications:

• Admitted to the Swiss bar with 1-2 years of previous experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
• A genuine interest in working across multiple areas of law with both domestic and international dimensions
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
