Legal Counsel (Manufacturing)

A challenging position as Legal Counsel has become available at a Swiss and world-leading manufacturing company.

The company is a global provider of intelligent system solutions for residential kitchens, professional foodservice and coffee preparation.

We are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial Legal Counsel to support the Group Legal Service, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal contact person for one of the divisions on legal issues arising from day-to-day operations.
• Legal advice to the central purchasing department and HR Shared Services Switzerland
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Handling disputes
• Instruction and supervision of external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad

To be successful in this role you must have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.

Key Requirements:

• Swiss bar exam, additional legal training is an advantage.
• 5+ years of professional experience in an international company and/or in an internationally active commercial law firm
• Knowledge and practical experience in distribution and antitrust law as well as interest in labour law issues are a plus
• Business fluent in German and English
