For our client, that is a market and technology leader based in Switzerland, we are looking for multiple Operational Buyers to join their Procurement Hub close to Aurgau

Operational Purchaser

Our client is the market and technology leader that develops, implements and supports plants, machines and components for the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and minerals industries and employs 2,500 people worldwide

Your tasks

-Processing of the procurement process from the order to the invoice approval
-Carrying out tenders, cost analyses, price comparisons, orders
-Conducting price negotiations and concluding contracts for purchasing processes within defined regional categories and project-specific products for defined categories
-Support in the analysis of procurement markets in close cooperation with strategic purchasing for assigned categories
-Monitor order status, obtain order confirmations, and control deadlines to ensure on-demand deliveries
-Processing of notices of defects and complaints
-Coordination with technical departments and other functional areas

your profile

-Commercial training or basic technical training with commercial training
-Very good written and spoken German and English skills
-Good organizational skills
-Previous professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
-Experience in an ERP system is an advantage
-Team-oriented personality with a careful and reliable way of working
