Our client, a leading player in the B2B telecommunications space, is hiring a Head of Product & Service Operations to drive the delivery and performance of its enterprise products and services. Based in Bern, the role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of ~50 across product and service operations with 9 direct reports. The business is scaling fast and offers genuine influence over both strategic direction and delivery outcomes.

As Head Of Product & Service Operations, you will

• Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with senior product managers and the board
• Lead operational teams responsible for delivery, support, and continuous service improvement
• Oversee a team of approximately 50 across product management and service operations
• Ensure seamless coordination between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Drive commercial outcomes and operational efficiency through process improvement and data insight

You will bring

• Extensive experience in B2B product management and operational leadership, ideally within the telecom industry
• Strong understanding of telecommunications services and customer expectations
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams at scale
• Ability to think strategically while driving hands-on execution
• A clear, structured communication style and strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills; any additional language is an asset
• EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit
