Key Responsibilities:

• Program Ownership: Take full accountability for a multi-year ERP modernization program, steering the technical implementation from legacy systems to a cloud-native SAP landscape.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct internal team (Business Analysts, Developers) and govern external System Integrators, fostering a high-performance collaborative culture.
• Technical Authority: Leverage deep subject matter expertise in core modules (FI, MM, SD) to validate solution designs, oversee configuration, and drive performance tuning—going beyond administrative oversight.
• Strategic Execution: Serve as the bridge between executive strategy and operational reality, ensuring technical roadmaps align with business goals and financial mandates.
• Critical Oversight: Lead high-priority workstreams including data migration, integration architecture, and security, ensuring robust end-to-end system integrity.

Profile:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience leading complex SAP implementation and migration programs, preferably within global, multinational environments.
• Technical Command: Strong command of the S/4HANA ecosystem with the ability to challenge technical decisions and troubleshoot roadblocks in key areas (e.g., O2C, P2P, Treasury).
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in line management of technical teams and rigorous governance of external implementation partners.
• Implementation Focus: Practical experience in "hands-on" delivery management, capable of navigating data migration strategies, solution design, and complex integrations.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical constraints into clear business impacts for senior leadership.
