Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity risk management strategies and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize cybersecurity risks across the organization, including those related to cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management processes into business operations and project planning, ensuring secure practices are followed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity controls, including those related to cloud security, and recommend enhancements to mitigate identified risks.
• Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity governance programs to ensure accountability and ownership of cybersecurity activities.
• Prepare and present risk assessment reports and cybersecurity metrics to senior management and stakeholders, with considerations for cloud security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust risk management strategies, especially in relation to cloud environments.
• Facilitate cybersecurity training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to support compliance audits and assessments.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity risk management, policy development, and governance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, or similar, with an awareness of their application to cloud environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their associated security features.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all cybersecurity activities.
