Cloud Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to drive hybrid cloud strategy and support database migrations (MSSQL to PostgreSQL) in IaaS/PaaS environments. You can choose to be based in Zurich, Bern, or Lucerne, depending on your preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead inhouse cloud migration projects to Azure (GCP optional)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps framework
• Use Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Optimize cloud environments in collaboration with development and operations teams
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficiency

Requirements

• Experience with Azure Cloud (GCP a plus)
• Proficient in CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps practices
• Background in database migrations (ideally, MSSQL to PostgreSQL)
• Fluent in German
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in agile settings
