SAP ABAP Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house SAP development expertise (mainly ABAP, Adobe Forms)

• Collaborate with SAP process teams on technical solution design and implementation

• Handle incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external service providers as needed

• Manage SAP user access and permissions as a key part of the SAP Security Team

• Ensure compliance with audit-ready data and document archiving standards

• Coordinate data and process integration between SAP and non-SAP systems

• Implement and support SAP job and process automation

Development & Integration Focus

• Consult on RICEF specs and estimate technical implementation efforts

• Develop, test, document, and hand over RICEF solutions

• Focus on seamless user front-end experiences, system integration, and process automation

Operations & Support

• Monitor daily operations, background jobs, and system interfaces proactively

• Resolve technical incident tickets swiftly and effectively

• Maintain SAP document and data archiving

• Support planning and documentation activities alongside the Head of SAP Basis & Development

What You Bring

• Solid experience with SAP core development (ABAP Objects, Adobe Forms)

• Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver and HANA DB

• Exposure to modern SAP tech (SAP BTP/CPI, FIORI, HTML5 front-end tech)

• Experience in user and permission administration

• Broad understanding of SAP ERP business processes

• Analytical mindset paired with hands-on problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
