Comp&Ben Solution Advisor (M/W/N)

This Comp&Ben Solution Advisor (M/W/N) role is located in Geneva canton. We will only consider profiles that meet the requirements in terms of language skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Comp&Ben Solution Advisor (M/W/N) , your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Support the Company Sales to win new clients;
Plan and deliver demos to show the value of the company and meet the requirements of the potential client;
Plan and deliver proof-of-concepts, where potentially hundreds of requirements need to be mapped to beqom’s technology;
Deliver high quality written documentation, including RFP responses, security questionnaire responses and more;
Understand the future of Reward and Compensation, and develop ideas around how exciting new technologies could bring value to the Reward function (from the business side, you don’t need to be a technology expert).

Must have

Fluent in German and English;
Experience in HR Tech, or specifically in reward, compensation and / or sales commissions;
High quality written and verbal communication skills;
Personal drive, take initiative, being a team player and flexible;
Problem solving mindset;
Ability to take ownership and responsibility.

Nice to have

Fluent in French;
Value consulting experience;
Software sales experience.
