Senior Associate Corporate / M&A

Your role
You will advise clients on complex corporate and M&A transactions, draft and negotiate key agreements, and support deals from due diligence through to closing. Working closely with colleagues across practice areas, you will manage multiple projects, contribute to client relationships, and help mentor more junior team members.

Your profile

  • Swiss law degree and bar admission
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A, ideally with international exposure
  • Fluent German and strong English skills
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
