Legal Director

A global technology company in a highly regulated industry is seeking an experienced Legal Director to support international Operations, R&D, Procurement, and IT teams. This role focuses on providing strategic legal advice across commercial contracts, compliance, intellectual property, technology partnerships, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising business leaders on complex legal and regulatory matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
• Supporting procurement and supplier management processes
• Managing compliance and IP-related issues
• Mentoring junior legal team members and collaborating with external counsel

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ experience in multinational environments
• Strong background in commercial contracts, technology, and regulated industries
• Experience supporting operational and IT functions internationally
• Fluent English required; German is a plus
