Reporting directly to the Group General Counsel, the Group Compliance Officer will take ownership of the global compliance programme and play a key role in shaping the future compliance landscape of the organisation. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building, influencing and driving change. • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and governance frameworks

  • Oversee and further develop the global data protection framework
  • Provide compliance advice to senior management, business leaders and functional teams globally
  • Partner closely with Legal, HR, Finance, Internal Audit and operational leadership
  • Lead and develop a small team focused on trade compliance and related compliance activities
  • Deliver training and awareness initiatives across international operations
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical business solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Law, Business, Compliance or a related discipline

    • Data protection
    • Third-party risk management
    • Corporate governance
    • Compliance programme design
  • Exposure to Asian markets is advantageous
  • Fluent English required; German is beneficial

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Wants to build and shape rather than maintain
  • Is comfortable operating in an evolving environment
  • Combines strong ethics with commercial pragmatism
  • Communicates effectively across cultures and organisational levels
  • Can influence without relying on hierarchy
  • Enjoys taking ownership and driving change

Why Consider This Role?

  • Significant influence and visibility within the organisation
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and Board-level discussions
  • Opportunity to shape a global compliance framework
  • International environment with operations across Europe, Asia and the Americas
