What is Project RPO?

Project RPO provides a rapid response to your one-off or short to medium-term talent demands. We can implement an effective hiring process within six weeks and find you the talent you need at the volume and speed you require, without adding headcount to your talent acquisition team.

Project RPO falls into three service types:

  • Source-to-shortlist: Candidate attraction, sourcing, and shortlisting to in-house talent acquisition  teams or direct to hiring managers.
  • Source-to-accept: Managing the hiring process up to, and including, offer management.
  • Source-to-start:  End-to-end management including the provision of onboarding.
