Our client, an international niche cosmetics company, is strengthening its international development strategy and is looking to appoint an International Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across selected markets.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of premium beauty, professional skincare, aesthetics, or luxury wellness, and a genuine appetite for international business development.

Reporting to senior management, the International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and consolidating strategic business opportunities across an international network of private clinics, aesthetic practices, luxury spas, and premium wellness destinations.

The role combines new business development, strategic account management, market expansion, and relationship building with high-level decision-makers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute international business development strategies across targeted markets.

  • Identify and establish relationships with private clinics, medical-aesthetic centres, luxury spas, and premium wellness operators.

  • Prospect, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities.

  • Develop long-term relationships with owners, medical directors, clinic managers, spa directors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Analyse market potential and identify new territories, accounts, and growth opportunities.

  • Represent the company at international meetings, industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful commercial implementation and long-term account development.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer and professional expectations within the premium beauty and wellness sectors.

  • Contribute to the continued international positioning and growth of a distinctive niche cosmetics brand.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sophisticated, and highly commercial business developer who combines strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate autonomously in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in international business development, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, beauty, aesthetics, medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, or a related premium sector.

  • A strong existing network or demonstrable ability to build relationships within private clinics and/or luxury spas.

  • A track record of successfully opening markets, developing key accounts, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and act on commercial opportunities.

  • An international mindset, cultural sensitivity, and a highly professional presence.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

  • This position offers the opportunity to join a distinctive international niche cosmetics company at an important stage of its development and to play a central role in shaping its international commercial footprint.
