Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and govern the architecture roadmap so that platforms, applications, data, and integrations support long-term business priorities and target-state design.
• Architecture Authority: Decision-maker on technology standards and major design directions; chair the Architecture Review Board and ensure consistent application of principles.
• Leadership & Capability: Lead cross-functional and domain teams; coach leads, raise design quality, and embed a strong, collaborative culture.
• Hands-On Engagement: Stay close to critical designs, complex problem-solving, and key transformation workstreams; set patterns and resolve tough trade-offs alongside the team.
• Transformation & Portfolio: Translate business strategy into coherent technology roadmaps and implementation plans; align major programs (cloud, ERP, digital) with architectural direction.
• Executive Partnership: Advise senior leaders on technology risk, emerging capabilities, and strategic investments; engage with vendors and partners where architecture matters most.

• Background: 15+ years in architecture or technology leadership, with a strong record of leading multiple architecture teams in complex, global settings.
• Leadership Style: Builds and develops leaders; creates clarity, accountability, and high standards while remaining approachable and technically credible.
• Hands-On Credibility: Still reads designs, challenges patterns, and contributes to hard architectural decisions; leads by example rather than delegation alone.
• Transformation Experience: Has shaped and governed large-scale change (cloud, platform modernization, enterprise applications) in regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Business Fluency: Comfortable working primarily with business stakeholders; turns strategy into pragmatic roadmaps and decision frameworks.
