Our client, a Bern-based telecom company, is looking to hire a Senior IT Support Engineer to strengthen their newly created in-house IT team. This is an onsite role with direct impact on internal operations and user productivity.
The position was created after ending a long-term partnership with an external IT provider. As Senior IT Support Engineer, you will help establish internal support for around 140 staff, many of them technically skilled. You will take ownership of key support processes and mentor a junior colleague in daily operations.
