Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications space, is hiring a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer to strengthen their team in Bern. This NOC Engineer role focuses on mobile network operations, supporting international roaming and IPX services to ensure seamless global connectivity.

As a NOC Engineer, you will

• Oversee international mobile network traffic (SS7, Diameter, GTP, GRX)
• Investigate roaming and IPX service issues and provide first-line support
• Perform service performance analysis and document resolutions
• Test and validate new customer services
• Ensure continuous network monitoring and respond to incidents

You will bring

• A technical background in telecommunications or mobile networks
• Hands-on experience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS, and roaming services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear English communication; other languages a plus
• A collaborative mindset and readiness for shift and on-call work
• EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit
