Group FP&A & Financial Controlling Manager

For our client, an international organisation with operations across multiple markets, we are looking for an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join its finance function in Zurich. This is a broad and highly visible role for someone who wants to take genuine ownership across FP&A and financial controlling. Working closely with senior finance leadership and international stakeholders, you will help drive financial performance while further developing processes, reporting and ways of working. Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Group FP&A and financial controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance analysis
• Provide meaningful financial insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and support senior management decision-making
• Work closely with Finance Directors and other stakeholders across international locations
• Develop management reporting, financial models, scenarios and business cases
• Improve FP&A, controlling and reporting processes, creating greater structure and efficiency where required
• Work across different systems and data sources and contribute to systems, reporting and broader finance improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Solid experience across FP&A, financial controlling and/or commercial finance, with the ability to independently manage core FP&A activities
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable taking ownership and operating in a dynamic environment where processes are not always fully established
• Strong communicator who can influence, connect stakeholders and work effectively across different cultures and locations
• Curious and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the numbers and looking at the bigger picture
• Strong systems affinity; IFRS experience would be beneficial
• Fluent English; German and/or Spanish would be beneficial but are not required
