Robert Walters listed again as one of the best recruitment firms by Handelszeitung and PME

Zurich and Geneva, April 2023.

Robert Walters has again been ranked among the “Best Recruiting Firms in Switzerland in 2023” in a survey conducted on behalf of Handelszeitung and PME. 2023 marks the sixth year in a row that we have secured a place among the best in the field of Professional Search.

In total, over 6'000 participants were surveyed by the institute Statista in the name of the two newspapers to list the top recruitment consultancies in Switzerland.

Among the participants were:

  • Managers working in human resources departments or operational managers/leaders of client companies of recruitment agencies
  • Consultants and employees of recruitment agencies
  • Candidates who have been approached by recruitment agencies or who work or have worked as temporary workers themselves

Christian Atkinson, Director of Robert Walters Switzerland: “We are delighted to have been recognized for another year as one of the leading recruiting firms in Switzerland, confirming the quality and professionalism of our work. The Swiss recruitment market is both demanding and dynamic. However, the shortage of skilled workers made 2022 a challenging year for a lot of companies in Switzerland. But this has not prevented us from continuing to support them with their recruitment needs, nor has it stopped us from expanding and welcoming new consultants into our teams in Geneva and Zurich."

Guillaume Blanchin, Director of Robert Walters in Geneva: “This distinction is a further proof of confidence from our clients and candidates. It validates in particular our strong specialisation in Accounting/Finance (CFO, internal control, tax, treasury, audit) (CFO, COO, CIO on assignment as part of transformation projects), Financial Services (mainly on IT core-banking system and compliance) and Interim Management (CFO, COO, CIO on assignment as part of transformation projects). We are pleased to continue our partnerships and look forward to seeing you soon in our offices in Geneva, where we would be happy to welcome you.”

Robert Walters is one of the world’s leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies and focuses on placing high calibre professionals into permanent, interim and temporary positions at mid and senior levels of seniority. Since 2009 our Swiss team recruit across finance & accounting, banking & financial services, procurement & supply chain, sales & marketing, legal, technology and professional services.
