Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas. Their litigation team is growing, and they are looking for a driven and commercially minded litigation lawyer to join them.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise clients on disputes and legal options
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiation
• Work closely with client and experts
• Manage litigation files from instruction to resolution
• Keep up-to-date with developments in dispute resolution and relevant legislation

Your qualifications:

• Must be admitted to the Swiss bar
• At least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused with a commercial mindset
