We are building an exclusive talent pool of senior Interim Finance professionals to support upcoming transformation mandates across Switzerland. This is a good opportunity for experienced interim professionals who want to be considered ahead of time for high-impact, senior-level assignments as they arise, rather than applying to individual postings as they go live.

About the mandates:

• Upcoming opportunities may include assignments as an Interim Finance Manager, Finance Transformation Lead or Finance Systems Project Manager, Interim CFO, Senior Controller depending on the specific needs and scope of each client mandate.
• Independently manage senior interim assignments across finance transformation, systems implementation and M&A integration projects.
• Act as a primary contact for finance leadership, business stakeholders and external advisers throughout the mandate.
• Lead or support finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, ERP/finance systems implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and post-merger integration.
• Coordinate with internal and external specialists on accounting, tax, compliance and controlling matters.
• Prepare and review key financial documentation, reporting, reconciliations and project deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines across the mandate.
• Support clients during periods of leadership gaps, restructuring or accelerated transformation.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism throughout.

About you:

• Several years of relevant Swiss work experience in a senior finance role, ideally with exposure to transformation, systems implementation or M&A integration projects.
• Proven experience independently managing interim or project-based mandates.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Group/Senior Controlling, Finance PMO, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems Implementation, or M&A Integration.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss finance, accounting and regulatory environment.
• Fluent English is essential; German is a strong advantage and required for certain mandates, depending on the client and role.
• Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
• Highly organised, hands-on and able to deliver results within defined timelines.
• Available for interim assignments in Switzerland, ideally at short to medium notice.
